Tasks

  • Deal validation and confirmation as per the established deal lifecycle process
  • Document matching and check that all deals have been entered correctly in the systems
  • Timely and quality execution of other data processing tasks related to the daily business
  • Communication in a polite and professional manner with various stakeholders abroad
  • Check that no work has remained unprocessed and all requests have been handled
  • Logistics of certificates including review of inventories

Profile

  • Higher degree, preferably in business or technical related study
  • At least 3 year of relevant experience, ideally in energy or utilities markets
  • Proven ability to deal with complex business processes and data management
  • Knowledge of financial products
  • Great organizational and prioritization skills
  • Superior communication and influencing skills
  • High motivation and self-discipline
  • Written and spoken fluency in English (German & French are a plus)

    We now look forward to meeting you in person for the first time. You'll have the opportunity to learn more about Axpo and get more detailed information about the job. Depending on the function, you will be given a sample task to complete, or we'll draw up a job-related personality profile with you. You may be invited to an assessment centre. A meeting with the team is also an option. In the final stage we'll make you a fair offer in line with standard wages.
