Front Office Support Analyst

Tasks

  • Understanding and ensuring correct end to end process (trade booking to invoicing), including all the lifecycle events of transactions concluded in France
  • Investigating and solving PnL and positions discrepancies
  • Supporting back office for the preparation of invoices and perform monthly sanity checks before issuing them to the clients
  • Managing green certificates operations in liaising with internal stakeholders (originators, BackOffice and confirmation team)
  • Ensuring daily operations in relation to the retail business (pricing, scheduling, confirmations and reporting)
  • Enhancing tools and processes on a continuous basis to secure daily operations

Profile

  • Master Degree in science/finance or equivalent by experience
  • Analytical and hands on problem solving mindset
  • Understanding of financial instruments as well as accounting is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a back office function is a plus
  • Proactive personality with good communication skills
  • Fluency in English
